Welcome to the Virginia Society Sons of the American Revolution’s Community Programs! Our organization is dedicated to fostering a sense of patriotism and community spirit through a variety of initiatives that engage and support our local communities throughout the Commonwealth. Beyond our activities such as historical reenactments, educational workshops, and public ceremonies that honor the contributions of our Revolutionary War ancestors. We also participate in community service projects, collaborate with local schools to promote American history education, and support veterans and active-duty military personnel. We take immense pride in recognizing and celebrating good citizenship and the selfless service of our community heroes. Our programs honor veterans, wounded warriors, law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, and first responders who exemplify bravery and dedication. Through awards, ceremonies, and community events, we highlight their invaluable contributions and unwavering commitment to our safety and well-being. Join us in our mission to celebrate and preserve the legacy of American independence while making a positive impact in our communities. Together, we can ensure that the values and sacrifices of our forefathers continue to inspire and unite us all.
